This was not required for Financial Year 2018-2019 as Council
was eligible to seek exemption from external audit under current
Audit and Governance Regulations. The Exemption Certificate
is attached below for reference.

However, for the financial year 2019/20, the Parish Council’s income
and expenditure rose above £25,000 and therefore a full AGAR was
necessary as below. AGAR3 has been submitted to the external auditor
for their review and assurance.
